Speedy response and job completed within minutes. The tradesman turned up a few minutes after the telephone call, advising that he was in the area anyway. Polite, courteous and did the job well. My only gripe is that he charged £125 for a few mintue's work which left me feeling utterly ripped off.

I highly recommend City Drains for their prompt, professional and effective service in unblocking my drain which had resulted in leakage of raw sewage. They responded to an 8am call on a Saturday, 4 days before Xmas, and in Merthyr Tydfil, 25 miles away. Other companies claiming a 24/7 response were offering delays of up to 7 days. City kept us updated on when they were likely to arrive and by 11.30am the job was resolved completely. Dean and his colleagues were friendly and highly professional, even going well beyond call of duty by cleaning up afterwards. Should you have a drainage problem you are in very safe, efficient hands and I have no hesitation in recommending them very highly for all aspects of their care.
